I remember, I used to be an under confident, and confused boy. I was an introvert, and I didn't know what to do with my life. I used to get very irritated with very small issues and I was not very happy with my life. I had very big dreams but I was not able to figure out how I was going to achieve them. I had a ton of fake people in my life and I was not able to recognize them and those relations eventually harmed me in many ways.
I got introduced to LMAD through my tutor and mentor, Ankita Bajaj. I decided to go to the conference. I initially thought of it as a fun place where there will be no phone with lots of fun activities and where I will also get the chance to meet a lot of new people.
I reached Panchgani and gave my phone. I had no expectation about the next eight days of the conference. I got introduced to the diary, quiet time and the moral values [Honesty, Purity, Unselfishness, and Love]. Quiet time helped me introspect and understand other areas of my life. I learned so much about my egoistic nature and I’ve also worked on it. Family day helped me realize; how I used to behave in a wrong manner with my family. Sometimes, I even had rude conversations with my parents. I came to know the real value of sacrifice that our parents do to make our lives better. LMAD has helped me a lot.
After the conference, when I came back, I saw many changes happening within me and my surroundings. I was better connected to my conscious, I could listen to it and feel it. My relationship with my parents and family improved a lot. LMAD has made a big impact in my life. I am very much grateful to Viral sir, all the coordinators, and everyone present there for providing such a beautiful experience.
