When I entered Asia plateau, I was mesmerized by the beauty of it. Well, I wanted to capture it in my mobile phones but realized that I have to give it as per the strict rules. The quality that Asia plateau and LMAD gives me is the importance of silence, nature, and stillness.

The day when the concept of "quiet time" was introduced to us is unforgettable. In the beginning, I didn't realize its meaning. But afterward, it helps me to overcome my problems. I can't describe the importance of quiet time in words.

The four standards of initiatives of change- purity, honesty, unselfishness, and love are the words which I only knew the dictionary meaning. But, In LMAD I learned the actual meaning of these words.

The most important day spent in LMAD was family day, which made me realize that however negative the situation is, my family is the most precious asset to me.

The most important thing that I took from LMAD is viral sir's blessing and my LMAD family. I think no one can take this from me. Now I'm a happier person from inside.
