Let’s Make A Difference Conference & Website Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Let’s Make A Difference conference website (“Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Site and your registration for the conference (“Event”). By using the Site or registering for the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or register for the Event.

2. Conference Registration

2.1 Eligibility

By registering for the Event, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent if you are under 18.

2.2 Registration & Payment

  • Registration is completed via the online registration form available on the Site.
  • All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment methods accepted include [list methods, e.g. Bank transfer credit card, UPI, etc.]

2.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@lmad.in specifying the reason.
  • A full refund will be issued for cancellations, and the refund will happen at the earliest.
  • In the event of cancellation or postponement by the organizer, registrants will be offered a full refund or transfer of registration.

2.4 Changes to Event

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event’s schedule, speakers, or venue as necessary. Efforts will be made to notify registrants of any changes on time.

You agree not to use the Site:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts.
  • To upload or distribute any content that is abusive, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.

By attending the Let’s Make A Difference conference, you acknowledge and agree that the event may be recorded through photography and videography. All such recordings are the sole property of Let’s Make A Difference and may be used for promotional, marketing, archival, or documentation purposes.

The rights to capture, use, and distribute any photo or video material from the event lie exclusively with the event organizers. These materials may appear in promotional content including but not limited to brochures, social media posts, website galleries, and highlight reels.

  • Any personal sharing, stories, or sensitive content captured (if any) will not be shared publicly or on social media platforms without explicit consent and will be used solely for archival purposes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Court of Law at New Delhi, including the lower and sessions courts.
