The Let’s Make A Difference Youth Team has been involved in several youth programs across the nation. It conducts an annual National Youth Conference, Let’s Make A Difference, where young people from various regions of India and from across the world participate in an eight-day residential conference. The team hosts young people irrespective of their gender identities, socio-economic conditions, linguistic differences, or religious backgrounds.

Every year, workshops are conducted in the months of May and December for the core team, focusing on the refinement of human habits in the pursuit of excellence. These workshops focus on training volunteers and coordinators to care for and serve all participants unconditionally, while also encouraging them to dive deeper within themselves to gain a better understanding of their own values and purpose.

With the regular addition of city chapters across the country, awareness of values continues to spread. Many participants of these programs have taken personal initiatives, which have been supported and nurtured by the national team.

The Let’s Make A Difference Fellowship Program was initiated on 8 November 2021. It brought together six diverse young people from across India to spread the work far and wide, including in previously unexplored regions. As part of this initiative, the fellows undertook the ambitious task of adopting the aspirational district of Haridwar, with the aim of increasing the overall moral quotient by conducting youth conferences in the region. The long-term goal is to build a strong local team of young people who will independently carry forward and execute the work in the district.
