Viral Mazumdar (Course Convener and Trustee)

Viral Mazumdar is a seasoned businessman with extensive international experience. In December 1993, he initiated the Youth Movement "Let's Make a Difference" focused on training young individuals and since then he has been able to touch the lives of more than 20,000 individuals. These youths are groomed to embody the timeless virtues of honesty, love, respect, empathy and responsibility, paving the way for a brighter and more harmonious future.

Affectionately referred to as "Viral bhai" by the youth community, he has set a remarkable example, inspiring, nurturing, and guiding countless young people with the tools and guidance which they need to navigate life's challenges with integrity, compassion and ethical fortitude

Under his leadership, they orchestrate Youth Conferences, workshops, lectures and region-based conferences in various cities across India. These conferences mobilize and equip youth to lead lives grounded in moral values.

Reflecting on the evolution of Let’s Make A Difference with a sense of gratitude and purpose Viral Mazumdar expressed, "A powerful thought from within, if followed with conviction, can change the course of that individual for the better, with the same unwavering faith in my inner voice, I persevered, each step forward which laid the foundation of Let’s Make A Difference for achieving something greater. Now, as I see all the different people and their stories that have crossed my path in last thirty years while doing the work, I am filled with gratitude for the diverse community that has become both the heart of the organization and an integral part of my own journey. It is with a deep sense of blessing that I acknowledge the guiding hand of a higher force, whose inspiration continues to fuel me and the mission of empowering the youth of our nation.

Neha Mazumdar (Trustee)

Neha was introduced to the idea of Moral Re-armament [MRA] when she was 14 years old. Since then, she has been involved with the movement of MRA, now Initiatives of Change for over four decades. At the adolescent stage of her life, the ideals of Moral values and Inner listening shaped her thinking and outward behaviour. This has stayed with her and will stay with her, till the very end.

After she got married to Viral Mazumdar in 1989, she inspired him to visit Asia Plateau and experience the work of MRA. He submitted himself to the idea and from that point, began the journey of Let’s Make A Difference. Together they have built the youth network, under the banner of the Let’s Make A Difference movement which has its spread, across the country and beyond.

Today, thanks to Let’s Make A Difference, several young people believe in moral values and the importance of silence which they have laid emphasis on, since its inception.

Neha have been serving and will continue to serve the cause. Through this work they have built a community which they can call it their own, like a family.

Amit Keshan (Trustee)

Amit Keshan is the founder and CEO of Webgrity, a 100% export oriented unit primarily into development of Web and Mobile Apps. Amit is associated with Let's Make a Difference since 1996.

Amit is an ardent believer in growth mindset, lifelong learning & skills development. Amit being an educator at heart has trained one to one over 200+ fresher software engineers to get them into main stream software development.

Away from work you can find Amit playing strategic games, traveling off beat places and quest philately scanty.

Rajiv Agarwal (Trustee)

Rajiv Agarwal is a distinguished lawyer with extensive experience in GST and taxation, providing expert legal advice and representation to a diverse clientele. Since 1996, he has been attending Let’s Make A Difference youth conferences, demonstrating a profound commitment to moral and ethical leadership and community service. Rajiv's passion for social causes is evident through his contributions to building the Jamshedpur Youth Conference. He leads from the front in organizing and supporting this influential event, inspiring hundreds of young individuals each year towards positive societal engagement for over two decades, and intends to continue engaging with the youth of Jamshedpur.

Bhisham Mansukhani (Trustee)

Bhisham has been connected with Let’s Make A Difference since 1998 when he first attended the annual Youth Conference at Asia Plateau, Panchgani, in June. It was at this conference that he discovered his passion for writing and calling for journalism even though he had graduated in commerce. Since then, he returned as a participant and was an active part of the Let’s Make A Difference Mumbai Chapter. After a sabbatical from 2007 to 2011, he returned as a coordinator for the 2012 Youth Conference and also went on to volunteer for university conferences and international conferences hosted by Initiatives Of Change (IOFC). More recently, he also volunteered for Let’s Make A Difference’s regional programmes in Jamshedpur. He learnt public speaking and the ability to facilitate sessions and group discussions as part of the organizing team as well as key organizational skills.

Shraddha Agarwal (Trustee)

Shraddha Agarwal is a seasoned IT leader with over 20 years of experience. She has been attending Let’s Make A Difference conferences since 2003, where she has been touched by the profound yet simple principles of the event. Shraddha is deeply involved in supporting and organizing the Jamshedpur Youth Conference, a pivotal annual gathering that brings together over 300 students to foster leadership skills and social responsibility. Her expertise in Artificial Intelligence and software projects aligns well with her passion for guiding young people and making a positive difference in society by leading with integrity. Additionally, she has extensive experience in interacting with juvenile delinquents in State Observation Home.

Brijesh Arora (Trustee)

Brijesh Arora, affectionately known as Sonu, originally from the town of Bhandara in Maharashtra, proudly holds the title of an alumnus of the esteemed Film and Television Institute of India.

Currently, he finds his passion and purpose thriving in the vibrant heart of Mumbai's Bollywood as a dedicated Screenplay Writer. His journey into storytelling began in 2003 with "Let’s Make A Difference," where he unearthed the profound resonance of his creative voice. Alongside his fulfilling career, he cherishes life with his beloved wife Anushka, his dear mother, and two delightful daughters, Samaira and Saisha.

Mudit Surana

Mudit Surana is a director at Golden Dreams, a real estate company in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, and a partner at OWLL, an artist management firm. Raised across Coimbatore, Bangalore, London, and Mumbai, Mudit has a passion for music and hockey. He is currently pursuing a Certificate in Design Thinking & Innovation at IIM Indore. Since 2009, Mudit has been involved with Let's Make a Difference, an organization that aligns with his belief in "LIVE AND LEARN TO LOVE AND SERVE." His dedication to giving back to society has allowed him to form lifelong connections and positively impact others. This commitment motivates his continued involvement with the organization, where he strives to contribute to collective growth and help shape the future of the nation.

Rachit Khatri

Rachit has been a key figure in youth empowerment since 2006, making significant contributions to youth conferences. His ability to genuinely connect with individuals and guide them towards personal transformation has been central to his impact. With empathy and a deep understanding of young people's challenges, Rachit fosters trust, creating safe spaces for growth and meaningful change. His support extends beyond the conference, continuing to encourage participants as they apply their learnings. Rachit also runs a branding agency, One2one Studios, where his work as a visual designer goes beyond design, effectively conveying the core messages of the cause with clarity and inspiration.

Sayok Sarkar

Sayok Sarkar, from Jamshedpur, is dedicated to making a difference in the youth community. His involvement with Let's Make A Difference began through his parents' affiliation and was solidified when he attended the Jamshedpur Youth Conference at 15. After attending conferences at Asia Plateau in 2018 and 2019, Sayok's desire for positive change grew, leading to his selection for the Let's Make A Difference Fellowship. This experience expanded his perspective and boosted his confidence. Passionate about languages, Sayok became fluent in Japanese through self-study, earning accreditation from the Japan Foundation. A talented tabla player, he graduated with distinction from Allahabad Gharana. Sayok is currently a research intern at Tata Steel Zoological Park, studying African Lions' diurnal behavior while supporting education and awareness initiatives. With an academic background in zoology, Sayok aims to pursue a career in biological research, often spending time reading or teaching students.

Harshal Thakare

Harshal Thakare is a businessman, scholar, and art enthusiast. He founded AGRODIA Enterprises LLP in 2020, focusing on agricultural retail, and launched H. Thakare Real Estate Consultants in 2022. His entrepreneurial journey began during a gap year from 2018 to 2019 as a real estate broker. Harshal has a diverse academic background in management, engineering, humanities, social sciences, and law, with interests spanning economics, philosophy, and languages. Actively involved in various activities, he values holistic development and experience-based learning. An avid reader, speaker, and traveler, Harshal has a deep passion for performing arts and painting. His association with "Let's Make a Difference" since 2011 has been pivotal in shaping his personal growth, and its teachings on conscious living have inspired his approach to leadership and continuous self-improvement. Harshal aims to explore textiles and the art business in the future.

Sangita Sarkar

Sangita Sarkar is an accomplished educator and administrator with a B.Ed and dual Master's degrees in History and Rural Development. She serves as the Registrar at NML Kerala Public School, Jamshedpur, where she plays a pivotal role in teaching, eco-club activities, examination coordination, and student workshops. Sangita has received multiple awards, including Best Eco Club Teacher and Teacher of the Year. A committed member of Let's Make A Difference since 2014, she has worked on rural development, literacy, and community health projects, especially with underprivileged and tribal communities in Jharkhand. Sangita is passionate about mentoring students and engaging in creative pursuits like singing, art, and craft. She actively organizes workshops for parents, teachers, and students, promoting moral values and environmental awareness. Known for her cheerful nature and ability to inspire, Sangita embodies service, innovation, and compassion, making a significant impact in education and social development.

Saurabh Gadiya

Saurabh Gadiya, an entrepreneur from Baramati now based in Pune, has been involved with Let’s Make A Difference since 2005. His experience with the organization has deepened his belief in moral values and the practice of inner listening, which he sees as key to finding clarity and purpose in life. Saurabh holds a degree in civil engineering, and his passion for design led him to interior design and architecture. In 2011, he founded BuildIdeas, an interior design firm, where he combines technical expertise with creativity to offer innovative solutions. Known for his collaborative mindset and strategic approach, Saurabh has earned recognition in his field. Outside work, he enjoys a fulfilling family life with his wife Preeti and their sons Jayveer and Vayu. For Saurabh, Let’s Make A Difference remains a guiding force that inspires both his personal and professional journey.

Tanu Kumari

Tanu is a fashion and textile designer working at a garment export house in Delhi. A graduate of the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), she has gained valuable life experiences by living in different cities, deepening her understanding of handwoven textiles and home furnishings. Her passion for the arts led her to connect with National Award-winning artisans and emerging talents. Introduced to Let’s Make A Difference in 2014, she became a Fellow in 2021, profoundly impacting her personal and professional life. This journey inspired her to spread love and give back to society, a philosophy that shapes her work. Tanu's graphic design skills set her apart in her profession, making her a unique contributor to the mission of Let’s Make A Difference.

Dilpreet Saluja

Dilpreet Saluja has been an active participant in Let’s Make A Difference since 2014, contributing over a decade of experience to support its initiatives. From Indore, he has inspired many individuals from central India to join this impactful journey. Professionally, Dilpreet is a businessman in digital marketing, running a successful agency, Adoholic, and an institute, Viral Vidhya. His expertise in digital marketing, social media, and graphic design has advanced the organization’s mission. Known for his ability to connect with participants, Dilpreet fosters a strong sense of community and support. Let’s Make A Difference has become a key part of his life, broadening his perspective and motivating him to return year after year. Through the organization, Dilpreet has built lifelong connections with individuals worldwide. His dedication reflects his commitment to personal growth and social contribution, influencing those around him both personally and professionally.

Vighnesh Viswanathan

Vighnesh, based in Bangalore, works as an Assistant Manager at a multinational financial services company. He holds a post-graduate degree in finance. After attending the National Youth Conference in 2012, he connected deeply with the teachings of Let’s Make A Difference and has since supported its work, particularly in organizing National Youth Conferences. Vighnesh has developed skills in writing, speaking, and organization, contributing to report writing, leading discussions, and assisting with event planning. He has also supported initiatives like CSR, content creation, and National gatherings in 2015 and 2019. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and quizzing and lives with his mother in Bangalore.

Tanishqa Gandhi

Tanishqa Gandhi joined Let’s Make A Difference at 15, becoming the youngest fellow during her fellowship. She quickly immersed herself in organizing conferences, gaining valuable experience in teamwork, reliability, and responsibility. With a degree in International Business Management, she played a key role in expanding LMAD to Uttarakhand, reaching more people. Tanishqa’s journey has built her confidence to take on challenges and manage events both professionally and personally. She has been praised for her efficiency in handling responsibilities. Over the years, she’s enjoyed meeting new people, learning from their stories, and contributing to positive change. Her leadership experiences have shaped her into a capable and enthusiastic individual. Tanishqa is proud to be part of a team making a difference and looks forward to continuing her journey with Let’s Make A Difference.

Dipti Rane

Dipti Rane has been associated with Let’s Make A Difference since 2007, deeply connecting with its strong principles. Over 12 years, she has participated in conferences and workshops, growing from a participant to a coordinator. In 2019, she played a key role in creating a documentary celebrating the organization’s 25 years of youth work. Professionally, she is a sign language expert for the Maharashtra State Assembly’s budget and a voice artist, dubbing for films like *Hera Pheri*, *Salaar*, *Mufasa*, and *OMG2*. Despite working in the film industry, the principles from Let’s Make A Difference and her parents have guided her to live with integrity, avoiding compromise. She believes that with strong faith in oneself and the Almighty, no one can force you to compromise. Let’s Make A Difference will always be an integral part of her life.

Ankita Saraf

Ankita is a dynamic and passionate individual, blending business success with a commitment to social impact. Originally from Prayagraj, she completed her masters in Pune and now lives in Kolkata with her family. As the founder of Allure Creations, a popular boutique in Prayagraj, she combines creativity with business acumen, offering unique fashion and personalized service. Ankita's journey with Let’s Make A Difference (LMAD) began in 2011 after being inspired by Viral Bhai’s influence on youth, including her own life. Since then, she has been an active contributor, supporting LMAD initiatives and events. Her interests include meeting new people, traveling, and exploring fresh business ideas, reflecting her growth mindset and passion for continuous learning and opportunity.

Harshil K Bhadra

Harshil is a marketing MBA graduate with a strong passion for participating in impactful initiatives. A proud Indian, Harshil is driven by the values of hard work and resilience. He is also deeply concerned about environmental sustainability and strives to incorporate eco-friendly practices into his work and daily life. He has been a part of Let’s Make a Difference since 2024. He is known for his results-driven approach and smooth execution. A proud Mumbaikar and an ambivert, Harshil loves exploring new places and immersing in adventures. Deeply interested in Indian mythology, spirituality, and old Hindi songs, He lives by a minimalist philosophy. With a Scorpion sun sign’s passion and a Chai lover’s warmth, he cherishes life’s simple joys and is always up for a thrill.

Hetal Gori

Hetal Gori, a partnership-building specialist and passionate photographer, is originally from Kutch but grew up in Bombay. A lover of capturing moments, she combines her profession with her passion for photography. In 2022, she attended a youth conference in Panchgani, marking the beginning of her journey with Let’s Make A Difference. Since then, her connection with the organization has deepened. Hetal is committed to giving back to nature and society, believing in the power of service to create positive change. Her experiences with LMAD have provided valuable insights into addressing societal needs. She enjoys watching documentaries and true-story films for inspiration. With a traveler’s spirit and a heart for service, Hetal lives by the philosophy: "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others."

K M Shanmugam

K M Shanmugam, from a small village in Tirunelveli/Tenkasi, holds Masters in Physics and Marketing Management. He worked for 22 years at Aplab Ltd, rising to Vice President and building a strong sales network across South India. From 2009 to 2021, he contributed to Yalamanchili Software Exports, establishing payment solutions in India and the SARC countries. Shanmugam also helped develop automated products with IIT Madras. With 34 years of experience, he now serves the PWD (Persons with Disabilities) community at The Amar Foundation, focusing on skill training and livelihood creation. His journey led him to Let’s Make A Difference, where he admires Sri Viral Ji’s leadership and commitment to building a humane society. Shanmugam is devoted to the mission of creating true citizens and continues to support this vision with unwavering confidence in its principles.

Anurag Maloo

Anurag Maloo’s journey with Let’s Make A Difference (LMAD) began in 2010 during his university years. He has played key roles in national and regional youth conferences and was the Lead Organizer for the 2012 National Youth Conference. Anurag’s mission is to make LMAD’s transformative experiences accessible globally, especially for disadvantaged youth. His leadership journey includes an expedition to Antarctica in 2013 as an Antarctic Youth Ambassador and a miraculous survival story from a near-death experience on Mount Annapurna in 2023. Known for his empathy and mentorship, Anurag connects with young minds, guiding them toward personal growth. A passionate mountaineer and strategic entrepreneur, he advocates for sustainable development through his Climbing4SDGs initiative. Anurag has also led global ventures and serves on the boards of educational initiatives like TiTLi and AVP School.

Prathamesh Kadam

Prathamesh Kadam is a Civil Engineer working in the Dharashiv-Solapur region of Maharashtra. His journey with Let’s Make a Difference began in 2022 at the National Youth Conference. The experience deeply moved him, inspiring him to join the Let’s Make A Difference family. In 2023, he had the privilege of joining the Fellowship program, which became a transformative phase in his life. Let’s Make A Difference has been a source of profound personal growth and self-purification for him, helping him embrace positive change. He strongly believes that this platform holds immense energy capable of inspiring and shaping the youth of India. It is his mission to share this message, encouraging young minds to harness their potential and contribute to building a better future for the nation.

Parth Gala

Parth Gala is a businessman based in Bombay & owns a Paper Printing press. He specialises in making catalogs for home decor industry, Pursuing his passion for Colours & Creativity. Likes to travel & wants to explore each & every corner of the globe. He wants to work in the direction of solving two major National Problems. Empowering people with skills & employment opportunities. Helping them to live a better life & earning. He is associated with Let’s Make A Difference, since 2014 & his biggest takeaway is building strong sense of ethics & morality in his personal as well as in the society he is connected to. He designs, outsources, sampling, suggestions and creates stationery for all the youth conferences across the nation. He also takes care of logistics of Let’s Make A Difference.

 

Dhruv Nagwani

Dhruv Nagwani, from Katni, Madhya Pradesh, is a Political Science student with a deep passion for politics and law. Since his teenage years, he has been committed to understanding governance and legal systems. As a social activist, he actively works for societal welfare, believing in youth-led change.

His journey with Let's Make A Difference (LMAD) began in 2021 through a Virtual Youth Conference, followed by his first in-person experience as a volunteer in Jalandhar. He has since been actively involved in Let's Make A Difference, embracing its core values—Purity, Honesty, Unselfishness, and Love—to drive meaningful change.

Dhruv envisions a future where young leaders shape India’s Parliament with progressive ideologies. He aspires to make justice affordable, accessible, and technology-driven, ensuring legal support for all. Through Let's Make A Difference, he continues to inspire youth, striving for a more inclusive and efficient legal and political landscape in India.

Harsh Ramchandani

Harsh Ramchandani, based in Nagpur, leads Royal Fort Developers and actively participates in his family’s Oil and Commodities business. With a background in consulting and strategic alliances, Harsh brings a practical, balanced approach to his work and life.

His personal growth and contributions have been shaped by Moral Re-Armament (MRA), where he embraced integrity, service, and balanced living. He began his journey with Let’s Make a Difference (LMAD) in 2018, later serving as coordinator for the Jamshedpur Youth Conference and Silver Jubilee Celebration.

Mentored by Viral Bhai and Neha Ben during his time in Delhi, Harsh has applied their guidance to his life. He is also actively involved with ISKCON, serving in leadership roles, including managing public relations for ISKCON North and Central India, and as a member of the ISKCON India Youth Council. Additionally, he serves as Assistant Director of ISKCON Youth Forum in Nagpur.
